Brittany Robbins focuses her practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing both employers and employees. She works closely with her clients to identify issues, develop clear strategies, and implement practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Brittany provides strategic advice and counseling for her clients on a broad range of employment matters, including restrictive covenants, unlawful employment practices, contract negotiations, and pre-litigation dispute resolution. She represents clients in grievances, mediations, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and in state and federal courts.
Brittany also provides ongoing advisory services, drafts company policies and procedures, and conducts internal investigations for corporate clients. She routinely defends school boards, government entities, and their employees in employment matters.
Previously, Brittany provided operational leadership and guidance for businesses of all sizes—from start-ups to multi-national corporations—providing practical, approachable, business-minded guidance that helped clients proactively manage risk, maintain effective business operations, and remain compliant with state and federal laws.
